Our Babies, Our Grief Monthly Drop-in

Our Monthly Drop-In groups are open to anyone who needs a safe, caring space to mourn their pre or peri natal loss. We are here to assist in exploring and sharing your grief, and to provide a space for folks to walk alongside each other on their journey. Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of the month and you are welcome to attend as many or as few sessions as you feel you need. If you wish to join another session after your first, simply register for your chosen date on our website.

About the facilitator (Jen Thompson): Our Babies, Our Grief holds a special place in Jen's heart ever since she gave birth prematurely to 2 beautiful baby girls, Lydia Marie and Ella Ruth. Both of her babies died as a result of the premature birth, and she remembers desperately searching for support within her community and not being able to find anything. Our Babies, Our Grief was exactly what she needed back then but didn't have to help her process her grief and begin to heal, which is why she is thrilled to be able to bring this kind of support to her community now.
