A GLOBAL day of giving and unity.

This year, Home Hospice Association is launching the Moonlit Memory Walk 2021 on Giving Tuesday with a very special offer you won't want to miss!

Registration for the Moonlit Memory Walk 2021 is now OPEN! We encourage you to register for the Walk on #GivingTuesday - as a THANK YOU for supporting Home Hospice Association (HHA), we would like to invite you to attend our virtual Creating Memories and Healing Hearts Workshop on December 10, 2020 hosted by the incredible Colleen Breen, HHA Death Doula Candidate.

Whether you walk in memory of a loved one you have lost, or in support of one of Home Hospice Association's programs and services, you are helping to comfort those who are suffering along the journey of a terminal illness. Over 300,000 people living in this country will hear the words none of us wish to hear between today and the day of our walk on October 20, 2021. For each of those people, an additional five will be intimately affected by those same words. While we can not change the prognosis, we can improve the journey...together!

Meet some of the Moonlit Memory Walk Team!

  1. Compassionate Caregiving -  Empower, educate, and support those who are caring for someone walking their dying journey.

  2. Pre and Perinatal Hospice - Provides the unique care necessary when a loss happens in utero or at birth, some of the most devastating loss imaginable.

  3. Hospice at Home - A 24-hour model of hospice care that includes Death Doula Support, private professional care, alternative therapies, spiritual and emotional counseling.

  4. The Bello Project - Keeps pets and owners together until the end, offers a smoother and less stressful transition while the pet grieves their loss.

  5. Another Day - Targeted grief and bereavement support for both the person diagnosed and their loved ones, designed to meet specific needs at any point of the grief journey

With your support of the Home Hospice Association, we can continue to support their programs and services:
