October 2019  We welcomed a new group of grieving parents into compassionate care thanks to Our Babies, Our Grief.  It was also a month to launch in our chapter the “When Labour Leads to Loss” workshop to teach funeral professionals how to care for those who have experienced pregnancy of infant loss.

September 2019 Remembering that they lived not how they died is the theme for our Annual Moonlit Memory Walk.  This year the great community of Hamilton / Halton came together to honour the legacies of our loved ones and walk united in the shared grief always felt at a time of loss; regardless of how long ago the loss occurred.  Curious about the Moonlit Memory Walk?  Click Here

September 2019 Thank you to our friends at the Hamilton SPCA for welcoming us to the Wiggle Waggle Walk where we were able to spread the word about The Bello Project and raise much needed funds to ensure pets of owners who are terminally ill are able to stay with their beloved "pet parent".  Preserving the Human Animal Bond at at time when we need each other the most.  Learn More about The Bello Project Click Here

August 2019:  August brought lots of fundraising fun with our first Inked In Memory Event and thanks to our friends a Canadian Dachshund Rescue we were back at Weinerpawlooza with our Pawcasso’s Studio.

April 2019 in Celebration of Volunteer Appreciation Week we welcomed our founding team of volunteers, board members, Infant & Pregnancy Loss Doulas and Death Doulas to their community.  Wish to join your friends, neighbours and coworkers and help to increase the quality of care and potential for growth?  Click Here

Whether your time availability is one hour a day, week or month; your talents can make a difference in the success of Home Hospice Association and the communities we serve.

Most of us do not think that our talents have a far reaching benefit, because they seem to be things that come so naturally to us!

Those talents, however, can make a project, program or a fundraising experience, one that leads to long term sustainability and support.
