In collaboration with the Family Council at Chippawa Creek at Bella Care Residence, we’re pleased to offer this workshop for residents' family members, focusing on honoring grief and loss through the practice of self care. We reintroduce Home Hospice Association, explore how we walk alongside families through the grief journey, and how using healthy self-care practices can help with the profound impact of grief on our lives.
