In partnership with the Town of Oakville (Recreation and Culture Dept.), we're pleased to offer an opportunity for older adults to engage in conversations that honor their life's experiences and invite meaningful reflections on the transitions of aging and mortality. A presentation and discussion about issues related to MAiD (Medical Assistance in Dying) will be held at 11:30a.m., and a Death Café will follow at 1:30p.m.
As we grapple with what life looks like today, having a safe and non-judgmental space to talk about difficult subjects is so important and can have a significant impact both on how we live and how we die.
