As our most important annual fundraising event, our goal is to raise $50,000.00 to support Home Hospice Association’s work in communities across Canada.

Our annual Moonlit Memory Walk is more than just a fundraiser - it's a tribute to the ones we’ve loved and lost. Whether you walk in memory of a family member, friend, or beloved pet, your participation contributes directly to Home Hospice Association's mission, enabling us to continue providing essential services and support to those in need. Together, we can build a movement for compassionate end-of-life care for all, one step - and one memory - at a time.
