About
“Guiding Your 2SLGBTQ+ Client Through the Advance Care Planning Process” is a professional education workshop for professionals who want to work with 2SLGBTQI+ individuals in helping create their “Advance Care Plan”. This workshop is a part of the No Place Like Home Program's initiative to customize resources to better fit the specific needs and issues that 2SLGBTQ+folks could have at the end of life.
This workshop will be 2 hours in length, with interactive discussion elements and a chance to roleplay and test your knowledge.
Meet the facilitator: Tracey Robertson, HHA Co-Founder & CEO

Driven by a profound commitment to ensuring everyone has access to quality end-of-life care, Tracey co-founded Home Hospice Association with a mission to address two critical questions:
If 69% of people wish to die at home, why can’t they? And if 84% lack access to comprehensive hospice care, what can be done about it?
