About
“Guiding Your 2SLGBTQ+ Client Through the Advance Care Planning Process” is a newly customized professional education workshop for professionals who want to work with 2SLGBTQ+ individuals in helping create their “Advance Care Plan”. This workshop is a part of the No Place Like Home Program's initiative to customize resources to better fit the specific needs and issues that 2SLGBTQ+folks could have at the end of life.
This workshop will be 3 hours in length, with interactive discussion elements and a chance to roleplay and test your knowledge.
