About

In recognition of Children’s Grief Awareness Day (November 19), HHA Doulas/Learners are warmly invited to attend a How to Talk with Kids About Dying, Death & Grief Learning Night. Together, we’ll explore how children understand dying, death and grief, how children may express emotions differently, and practical ways adults can feel more confident having honest, age-appropriate conversations.

You don’t need to have all the answers. Sometimes, the most important thing we can do is create a safe space where children know their questions are welcome and that they don’t have to navigate dying, death, and grief alone.

We invite you to join us, ask questions, learn practical tools, and help make conversations about dying, death, and grief a little less difficult.
