"WE CANNOT CHANGE THE OUTCOME, BUT WE CAN AFFECT THE JOURNEY"

Here is The Monday Motivation (TMM) for you! Have a super wonderful week ahead.

I have always been motivated by helping others. It is both a passion and a duty I feel inside me; like I was meant for this. I recently travelled to England to help my daughter, who's recently had a baby and dealing with a host of postpartum issues, with her new baby.

I’ve always found that I have a calm mind through chaos and despair. It hasn’t always been this way, but after years of self-reflection, I feel called to healing others. I struggled to see my daughter in such a low state, now struggling with the demands of early motherhood and left with very limited support. We spent a whole week chatting, laughing, reminding ourselves of life’s true gifts. It is interesting how lost we can feel once the foundation of our life is rocked by a new change.

Once I left my daughter and granddaughter in England, I knew that I was leaving behind a more confident and reassured new mother. It gives me great joy when I see those who are struggling, to offer a helping hand and reassuring words. It is what brings me here every week and what keeps me going.
