Our Babies, Our Grief Monthly Drop-in

Our Monthly Drop-In groups are open to anyone who needs a safe, caring space to mourn their pre or peri natal loss. We are here to assist in exploring and sharing your grief, and to provide a space for folks to walk alongside each other on their journey. Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of the month and you are welcome to attend as many or as few sessions as you feel you need. If you wish to join another session after your first, simply register for your chosen date on our website.

About the facilitator (Jen Gillean): As HHA’s Pathway Coordinator Jen is responsible for organizing the frontline care component of our programs and partnerships. Jen is an HHA-trained Infant & Pregnancy Loss Doula and co-facilitates the free peer-based support group, Birth Trauma Ottawa.
